At Patron of the New, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all seasonal sale items, limited-edition collaborations, and jewelry are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging, including all dust bags, tags, and authenticity cards, to ensure the product is protected during transit.
Ship the Merchandise
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of receiving your RA.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our boutique team inspects and approves the condition of the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
